Our Mission

Red Stick Sickle Cell Group, founded in memory of my sister Raven who lived with sickle cell disease, is dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by this condition. We have established partnerships with Sick Cells, Sickle Cell Consortium, Rare Patient Voice, and Honeycomb Health to enhance our efforts in advocacy and awareness for and to help sickle cell warriors live full lives without limitations.

Founded in Baton Rouge, LA, we engage with diverse groups of all ages to spread awareness and foster a supportive community. Our goal is to empower sickle cell warriors to share their stories and raise local and overall global awareness. Join us in our mission to make a lasting impact on the sickle cell community.
